Methods
Our approach was a symphony of innovation processes, intricately woven together. It commenced with user research, an immersive exploration that provided invaluable insights. Co-design workshops served as pivotal junctures, uniting health care providers, community relays, and health system representatives in constructive discussions.

I played a pivotal role in facilitating a national-level training of trainers workshop in human-centered design. Subsequently, a co-design workshop at the prefectural level enabled stakeholders to collaboratively pinpoint challenges, ideate novel concepts, and validate our proposed solutions.
Outcome
The crown jewel of our efforts emerged in the form of a partnership package framework—a comprehensive suite encompassing an implementation guide, toolbox, and facilitator's notes. This framework championed mutual trust, dialogue, and engagement as its core tenets, serving as a catalyst for community and health center collaboration.

Our labor bore fruits that extended beyond the immediate scope of the project. The partnership package framework laid the groundwork for a more symbiotic relationship between communities and health service delivery points, catalyzing improvements in the efficacy of SBC approaches. This achievement reverberated in the region, serving as a testament to the potential of collaborative design thinking in the realm of public health.
The outcomes of our journey not only furthered Breakthrough ACTION's mission but also contributed to the broader narrative of bolstering health initiatives through human-centered strategies.
